Andy Hilger recently completed a 25-year career with Allegis Group, his last six years serving as the president of the $15 billion global staffing and services company. He worked across multiple brands, industries, and continents to ensure the company realized its growth goals and fulfilled its mission of creating opportunity.
He serves as a guest lecturer at Duke University and American University, writes a regular LinkedIn blog on leadership, and remains a strategic advisor to the Allegis Group team. Hilger speaks on a range of topics, including digital transformation, the future of work, leadership, AI, change management, analytics, and the role businesses should play in reshaping our world.
He holds a master’s degree in Creative Writing from Temple University and a bachelor’s in English and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame. Upon graduation from Notre Dame, Hilger spent a year as a full-time volunteer for the Northeast Ohio Boys Hope house after which he worked as a Residential Counselor for an additional year. He currently serves on the board of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore.
