The job market for new grads is brutal. Toughest we’ve seen in almost two decades.
When people ask for my help, I share with them some proven strategies for finding a job, many of which have come from Mike McSally. When appropriate, I refer people to Mike, and they almost always find a job. That’s not scalable. There are more than 300,000 “recent grads” sending their resumes into a black hole.
In an attempt to help more people, Mike and I decided to record a two-part podcast with the oh-so-clever title: “How to Find a Job.”
